Our Commitment
    At YM & Dancer, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we also understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy.

Return Time Limit:
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a return or exchange request.
    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Process:
   To initiate a product exchange, please send an email to our customer service at service@ymdancer.com with your order details and a brief explanation for the request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Return Process:
    To return an item, please contact our customer service team at service@ymdancer.com with your order number and reason for return.
    We will provide you with a return authorization and mailing instructions(Send an email for return address).

Refund:
    Once the return has been received and checked for correctness, we will send you an email notifying you of an approved or denied refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and automatically refunded to your payment account within 30 days.

Shipping:
    Original shipping charges are not refundable.
    You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
    If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Defective or Damaged Products:
    If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
    We will cover the shipping costs to return the defective or damaged product.

Special Priced Items:
    Only regular priced items can be refunded. Special-priced items cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged if they are defective.

    In line with our commitment to sustainability, we encourage customers to ensure that the product meets their needs before returning it, as returns can have an impact on the environment.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
